IFS FOOD

 Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI)

It indicates that the certified company has established appropriate processes to ensure the safety of the products it manufactures and that it respects the specifications of its customers. This standard applies when products are "processed" or when there is a danger of contamination of the product during primary packaging.

KOSHER

Kosher Product certified

"Kosher" means fit / suitable. Kosher foods are foods that are prepared according to Jewish dietary standards, which are permissible for consumption, since they meet the dietary requirements of the Hebrew Bible. It regulates two main aspects: Permitted foods and their preparation.

BRC

BRC FOOD CERTIFICATED

BRC (British Retail Consortium) certification schemes are food quality and safety standards developed by British retailers. They are a requirement which many retail brands demand of their suppliers, mainly in the UK but also in Europe and North America

Organic production

The organic certification guarantees that the products have been produced or elaborated following the rules of organic farming, and that they have been controlled throughout their production, preparation, packaging and marketing process.

Food and Drugs Administration
